First, we will meet to discuss the process of selling your home. We will walk through your home with "buyer's eyes" and determine what will need to be done before listing your home. We will also discuss the process, how we are compensated, and what you should expect by becoming a client.
Pre-list prep
We don't just throw homes on the market - we ensure they're presented perfectly before going to market. This will include recommendations from us, a professional staging consultation, and referrals to our group of local vendors and contractors to make the house shine.
media & advertising
We're obsessed with eye-catching professional photography, drone shots, videography, & digital advertising. We get your home out to 200+ websites, tailor a social media marketing campaign, host MEGA open houses, & ensure your home is marketed to as many potential buyers as possible.
PRICING & OFFERS
After preparing a Comprehensive Market Analysis, we will recommend a pricing strategy for you. The goal is to price it right, and not too high, to attract as many potential buyers as possible. When done properly, you can expect multiple offers and have the leverage to get the best price & terms.
Inspections
This is a critical part of the process. We work with the buyer's agent to ensure that there are realistic expectations set around an inspection. We fight to protect your interests during this period. Additionally, I have a team of contractors available that can evaluate any issues and provide an accurate and honest analysis of any issues.
CLOSING
Congrats! You've made it to closing day! In the weeks before closing, we ensure all contingency dates are met, certificate of occupancy inspections are complete, and provide any recommendations you may need to make the closing as seamless as possible, Once you close, our relationship doesn't end - you will be entered into our VIP client program and have exclusive access to our vendors and many other benefits.
